Kite Field was a two week long multifaceted social sculpture. It began with video projections and screenings of the video, drift, in various locations around campus such as the Student Union. The second week involved kite flying activities blanketing the sky above the Great Lawn,organized portraits of Kite Flyers and renegade kite sit ins.Creating work for Monmouth University was about activating the campus and heightening the relevance of location and shared experience.
